How We Bill

Cost Effective.  The premium savings resulting from our work can be several times the cost. As a result, our work on a net basis can be very cost effective.  Of course we cannot and do not guarantee results.  What we do guarantee is that we will turn over every rock to assure you pay only what you owe. 

Getting Started.  We will not charge for an initial consultation with you.  During this preliminary assessment for which there is no charge, we will ask questions to determine whether we believe there is a good chance that we can be of genuine help to you.  If you agree, then before we actually start the intensive work, we will require a $5,000 minimum fee from you. 

Our Minimum Fee: $5,000.  We require a minimum fee of $5,000. 

Our minimum fee works as follows: once we determine we can in fact be of help (without guaranteeing a result) and if you agree to go forward with our services, we will require your check in the amount of $5,000.  That amount will be credited against your monthly bill from us until the full credit has been applied.  From that point forward, we will simply bill you monthly for our charges, with payment due within 30 days of the date of the billing. 

Hourly Rate:  Our hourly rates are competitive and commensurate with the team members assigned to the case and related skills and are intended to be aligned with the requested services to be provided. 

Variations of the Minimum Fee.  Depending on the assignment and your wishes, we may be able to agree to charge a “flat fee”.   By that, we may agree with you to charge a single fee to carry out your entire project.  Additionally, in some cases we may be able to agree to put a portion of our fee “at risk” contingent on a specific outcome.
